Maria’s rule for summer walks. Press the back of your hand on the pavement for five seconds before you head out. Here’s how it looks in Chester right now.

Six years studying how animals think
A degree in animal behaviour
After achieving her degree in animal behaviour, Maria set up Willow’s Trusted Tails so she could do what she loves every day.
So who is Willow?
Her Mum’s beloved cat: a sun-loving diva with a weakness for catnip Dreamies, and now in Maria’s care. The business carries her name to honour the trust our pets place in us.
What owners say
She doesn’t just walk him, she plays with him and lets him stop and sniff everything, just as dogs should do.
Susanna D., owner of Murphy the spaniel
Maria is absolutely amazing with our silly spaniel! He’s always thrilled to see her and she doesn’t just walk him, she plays with him and lets him stop and sniff everything, just as dogs should do. I highly recommend Maria, your pet is in safe hands x
Maria was absolutely brilliant with our senior pug Lulu over the past couple of years. She is a true animal lover! Lulu was a discerning older lady, but loved Maria’s company, taking her for short walkies, feeding her yummy food & most importantly giving her lots of cuddles! Maria now looks after our very playful new rescue pug Cookie! As well as walkies & feeding visits, we fully trust her to stay overnight at our house. We highly recommend Maria for both dog walking & house-sitting services.
Maria took excellent care of our cat and tortoise whilst we were away calling in twice per day to feed and care for them. Our cat Freddie, quickly took to Maria and showed her lots of affection and was very happy being looked after by her. We would highly recommend Maria to anyone who is looking to have their pets cared for at home whilst they are away, she is very reliable, trustworthy and great with animals.
Maria looked after our Dog Monty while we were away on holiday. She sent regular updates and obviously cared for Monty. She is reliable and all round a lovely person. I would 100% recommend Willow’s Trusted Tails for your pet!
Maria has looked after my Cats and my home on more than one occasion. My cats love her and she’s a lovely person too. I could totally relax knowing they were safe in her care xx

Maria, Willow’s Trusted Tails

Murphy’s Monday walk: 62 minutes on the field, three bushes jumped into, one very muddy roll. Dried off, water bowl topped up and he’s snoozing on his bed now x12:41
